The UK Commercial Property Department of Arch Insurance (Europe) offers general property and business interruption coverage for UK and UK Multinational risks.

We write coinsurance and excess of loss business in support of national and independent brokers.

The UK Commercial Property team has a broad appetite including Healthcare, Technology, Entertainment, Education and Financial Institutions. However all trades of business will be considered.

The team uses a disciplined but flexible underwriting approach to ensure the Arch Insurance principals of superior risk selection are maintained. This approach helps us look to build long term relationship with both our brokers and insured.

Our normal maximum capacity is $50m but we are able to provide solutions if larger capacity is required.

The Property team is based in our London Office.
