Qualora il reclamante non si ritenga soddisfatto del riscontro dato al reclamo od in caso di mancato riscontro nel termine massimo di 45 (quarantacinque) giorni, potrà' rivolgersi all'ISVAP, servizio tutela degli utenti, Via Del Quirinale, 21, 00187 Roma, allegando la documentazione relativa al reclamo. In relazione alle controversie inerenti la quantificazione dei danni e l' attribuzione della responsabilita'si ricorda che sussiste la competenza esclusiva dell'autorità giudiziaria, salva la facoltà di ricorrere a sistemi conciliativi ove previsti.

Complaints regarding the contractual relationship with Arch Insurance Europe or the handling of a claim must be addressed in writing to the Italian General Representative of Arch Insurance Company (Europe) Ltd, Dott. In the event that the claimant is not satisfied of the outcome of the complaint or in the case of absence of response by the company within the term of 45 days, he may address ISVAP, Servizio Tutela degli Utenti, Via del Quirinale, 21, 00187 Rome, including the relevant documents. Please note that the judicial courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction on the disputes relating to the assessment of damages or on the liability aspects, without prejudice of the alternative dispute resolution methods, if any.
